The block cutter is for cutting marble and granite blocks up to 1050mm deep. It uses either single blade or multi blades. The machine has single cut or multi cuts cycles. The beam moving automatically gives the accuracy of the cutting. The X-axis cutting speed is controlled by an inverter. The movement of the beam and spindle are on prismatic guides in oil bath. They are design to avoid tilting and jumping of the spindle. This solution eliminates the blade deviation during the cutting at a high speed. A rotating table can be supplied on request. |
